- • As an Account Executive at Varicent, you will be an influential member of our global sales team, driving revenue success by selling Sales Performance Management (SPM) software that helps CEOs inspire performance and increase revenues.
- • You will develop prospecting strategies with Business Development resources, identify ideal customers in your region, create sales strategies with leadership, execute sales campaigns ensuring customer needs are met, and manage pricing and contract negotiations with leadership and clients.
- • Varicent is a market leader in SPM, recognized in the 2025 Forrester Wave Report, 2023 Ventana Research RPM Value Index, Gartner Peer Insights, 2024 Gartner SPM Market Guide, and G2, trusted by global leaders like T-Mobile, ServiceNow, and Moody’s.
- • You will grow into a product expert in SPM, exceed business goals, deepen your industry knowledge, and contribute to a diverse, innovative, and collaborative team shaping the future of revenue optimization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- • 5+ years of proven closing and quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software solutions
- • Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships and selling to C-suite executives in major SaaS accounts
- • Proven success selling into LATAM larger companies
- • Confidence managing high-volume pipelines in dynamic, rapidly changing environments
