📋 Description
- • As an Account Executive at Scale Army, you will turn inbound interest into signed clients by engaging with U.S.-based founders, CEOs, and marketing/sales leaders to diagnose their growth needs and recommend tailored staffing and software solutions.
- • Your day-to-day involves running high-quality discovery calls, asking strategic questions about growth goals, team structure, and bottlenecks, then guiding clients toward the right roles—such as Paid Ads Managers, Marketing Managers, or Project Managers—even when their initial request differs.
- • You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager, CEO, and senior sales leadership in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your success is measured by revenue generated, not activity volume, and you’ll support clients across LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe while aligning with U.S. East Coast business hours.
- • In this role, you’ll develop deep expertise in consultative selling, hiring strategy, and digital marketing functions (e.g., SEO, Google Ads, HubSpot), build trusted relationships with scaling companies, and directly contribute to revenue growth by closing deals that help clients scale smarter.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in Account Executive or Account Management roles
- • Proven experience working around marketing teams, agencies, or growth-focused organizations
- • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills with native-level English proficiency
- • Comfortable working U.S. East Coast hours (9am–6pm EST) to support client-facing activities
- • Proficiency with Google Sheets (subject to live assessment during hiring)
