📋 Description

  • As an Account Executive at WEX, you are the accountable owner of the post-sale client relationship, responsible for delivering value, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring long-term customer success in the small business market.
  • You will proactively analyze the unassigned account pool to identify growth opportunities, drive renewals and expansions, manage end-to-end renewal processes, and act as the single point of accountability for issue resolution and client satisfaction.
  • You will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through product enablement, feature adoption, and best practices while utilizing one-to-many digital engagement strategies such as webinars and email campaigns to educate and increase product utilization.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to provide customer feedback, influence product direction, and ensure consistent value realization that drives retention, Net Promoter Score improvement, and annual recurring revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Customer Success, Account Executive experience or a background in Marketing in the small market space
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven experience developing and hosting webinars
  • Advanced knowledge of HSA, HRA, FSA, Commuter, COBRA, Retiree Billing, and FMLA Billing preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM and client engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
