- • As an Account Executive for Small Businesses at Alan SAS, you will drive sales growth by targeting companies with 10-30 employees in tech, consulting, and business services, leveraging Alan’s strong product-market fit to make an immediate impact on hundreds of growing French companies.
- • You will own the full sales cycle from prospection to closing, build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver inspiring product demonstrations and tailored education using Alan’s Smart & Soft selling method to guide prospects through evaluation.
- • You will join a high-velocity, collaborative team of 800+ people at Alan, a mission-driven company redefining healthcare by integrating insurance, prevention, and care into a seamless user experience, serving over 1M members and partnering with 40K+ companies across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
- • In this role, you will shape product evolution, contribute to sales strategy and growth initiatives, and develop personally through Alan’s coaching culture, where every team member is paired with a dedicated coach from day one to maximize impact and nurture professional growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3 years of experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with prospection being a key component of the role.
- • Full working proficiency in French (C2 level or above) and advanced proficiency in English.
- • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills, empathy, and a passion for understanding and solving prospects’ problems.
- • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building, with a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- • Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz.
- • Eager to learn quickly and make an impact from day one, with a collaborative attitude and ability to thrive in a small team environment.
