- • As an Account Executive, SMB at Metaview AI Limited, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s go-to-market motion by identifying and converting high-potential prospects from the product-led growth engine into enterprise customers, directly contributing to the company’s 5x year-over-year growth trajectory and mission to revolutionize recruiting with AI.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for small and medium-sized businesses, from initial outreach and qualification through pitching, negotiation, and closing, while developing deep expertise in how AI transforms recruiting workflows and feeding market insights back to product and leadership to shape future product iterations.
- • You will join a high-velocity, craft-driven sales team operating under Metaview’s core principle of velocity — optimizing for rapid learning, doing truly great work, and communicating with openness and full context — all while helping build the foundation for a broader sales organization set to scale in 2026.
- • You will work closely with founders who scaled Uber and Palantir, and collaborate with a mission-driven team serving elite clients like Brex, Affirm, Deel, ElevenLabs, and Airtable, gaining unparalleled exposure to how top-tier companies adopt AI at scale.
- • In this role, you will accelerate your professional growth by mastering enterprise sales in an AI-first environment, building a network of iconic tech companies, and developing the resilience, systematic thinking, and customer obsession needed to thrive in a high-growth startup where your impact is immediate and measurable.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience in sales with a demonstrated early track record of success, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS startup or scaleup environment.
- • Strong academic track record, reflecting the company’s emphasis on intellectual rigor and learning velocity.
- • Demonstrated traits of being sharp, systematic, resilient, and highly motivated to win, aligned with Metaview’s intelligent, low-bs, authentic, and customer-oriented brand.
- • Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement with at least 3 days per week in the San Francisco office.
