- • As an Account Executive (SMB) at Parkade Technologies Inc., you will drive revenue growth by building and executing the sales strategy for the small and medium business (SMB) segment of our B2B2C SaaS platform that modernizes private parking for apartments, mixed-use, and office buildings.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, sourcing, and closing deals through cold outreach, inbound channels, and networking; managing a full sales cycle averaging 75 days; conducting technical discovery on building infrastructure; delivering consultative ROI pitches to property leadership; and ensuring clean handoffs to Implementation and Success teams post-contract.
- • You will join a high-performing sales team that consistently exceeds quota, reporting directly to the CEO initially to help build the SMB sales playbook, with a clear path to transition into the GTM org under the CRO after closing your first 40 SMB deals.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in PropTech sales, master a building-by-building sales motion, refine consultative selling techniques, and gain experience scaling a sales function in a high-growth Series A startup with strong retention (98% lifetime customer retention) and a proven sales process.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
- • Resourcefulness and hustle, including comfort with cold outreach and on-site intel gathering
- • Financial acumen to discuss budget cycles, ROI, and defend pricing to property leadership
- • Attentiveness and organization with impeccable CRM pipeline hygiene and strong listening skills
- • AI-forward mindset, including willingness to use AI tools for call analysis, outreach personalization, and CRM automation
- • Strong written and verbal communication with high EQ and ability to translate technical concepts into clear benefits

- • Overall OTE of $130,000-$170,000 for in-person hires ($120,000-$160,000 for remote), including $70-80k base and $50-90k commission
