- • As an Account Executive (SMB) at Parkade Technologies Inc., you will drive revenue growth by building and closing deals in the small and medium business (SMB) segment of the PropTech market, reporting directly to the CEO to help establish the SMB sales playbook and scale the company’s go-to-market strategy.
- • You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and cold outreach to inbound lead conversion and deal closure—while maintaining a 75-day average sales cycle, conducting technical discovery, delivering consultative ROI pitches, and ensuring clean handoffs to implementation and customer success teams post-contract.
- • You will join a high-performing sales team where existing AEs have each closed seven figures in revenue, working in a remote-first environment with optional in-person collaboration in Long Beach, CA, and contributing to a company with 98% lifetime customer retention and strong Series A backing.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in selling SaaS solutions to property managers, master AI-augmented sales techniques, refine your financial and consultative selling skills, and position yourself for advancement into mid-market sales, team leadership, or GTM strategy roles as the SMB function scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and buyer stakeholders.
- • Strong financial acumen and comfort discussing budget cycles, ROI, and pricing models to confidently defend value propositions to property leadership and decision-makers.
- • Resourceful and self-directed mindset with a willingness to engage in cold calling, on-site visits, and proactive prospecting without relying solely on inbound leads.
- • Excellent communication skills, including clear, grammatically precise writing and high emotional intelligence to translate technical parking solutions into compelling, simple benefits for clients.
- • AI-forward orientation: enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to analyze call transcripts, personalize outreach, summarize discovery notes, and automate CRM tasks to increase selling efficiency.
- • Bonus: Experience selling PropTech or real estate software, familiarity with property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata), access control hardware, or background in parking/real estate/property management.

- • Competitive OTE of $120,000–$160,000 for remote hires ($70k base + $50–90k commission) or $130,000–$170,000 for in-person hires ($80k base + $50–90k commission), including free lunch for office-based employees.
