  • • As an Account Executive, SMB, you will be instrumental in expanding Bazaarvoice's reach within the SMB market. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their unique business challenges, and demonstrating how Bazaarvoice's innovative solutions can drive significant value and foster deeper customer connections. Your success will directly contribute to our mission of closing the gap between brands and consumers, leading to smarter shopping, increased sales, and improved products for our clients.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve a proactive approach to building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads. This will be achieved through strategic outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, leveraging cutting-edge sales tools and best-in-class market data at your disposal. You will become an expert in uncovering a company's specific needs through in-depth discovery conversations, skillfully positioning Bazaarvoice's suite of products and services as the ideal solution.
  • • A key aspect of this role is your ability to articulate and demonstrate the compelling value propositions of our offerings. This will involve conducting engaging webinars, crafting persuasive emails, and delivering impactful phone calls that clearly communicate the high Return on Investment (ROI) our clients can expect. You will be positioning solutions typically ranging from $20,000 to $50,000 annually, requiring a confident and consultative sales approach.
  • • You will confidently lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal. This often requires seamless collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product specialists, to ensure a smooth and successful client onboarding experience. Your ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and maintain momentum will be crucial.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 1 year of closing experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • • Proven ability to drive urgency and maintain assertiveness throughout the sales process.
  • • Exceptional work ethic, self-motivation, and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and hold oneself accountable to hitting sales quotas.
