📋 Description

• • As an Account Executive, SMB in Greater China at Deel, you will drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and managing relationships within the small and medium business segment, directly contributing to the company’s mission of unlocking global opportunity for every person, team, and business.
• • Day to day, you will manage a designated list of prospective or existing accounts, build relationships with key stakeholders, identify and develop new business opportunities, lead the full sales process from prospecting to closing, present tailored solutions, maintain an active sales pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts, collaborate with internal teams including SDR, Customer Success, Product, and Sales Ops, prepare accurate forecasts, keep CRM data updated, and meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
