- • As an Account Executive, SMB at EasyLlama Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by helping small businesses transform their compliance training through engaging, mobile-first solutions. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to build safer, more inclusive workplaces by expanding access to EasyLlama’s trusted platform used by over 5,000 clients including industry leaders like Shake Shack, Sephora, and Y Combinator.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for your territory, from identifying and engaging prospects to closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding, all while embodying EasyLlama’s DRIVE values—being a Doer, Resourceful, Impactful, a Valued Partner, and Excellence-Focused in every customer interaction.
- • Day to day, you will identify and pursue new small business opportunities through targeted outreach, leveraging persuasive communication to tailor your message to each prospect’s unique needs and pain points.
- • You will conduct engaging, value-driven product demos that clearly articulate how EasyLlama’s suite of compliance training solutions addresses specific challenges in employee safety, inclusion, and regulatory readiness.
- • You will manage your sales pipeline with precision, maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasting to ensure consistent progress toward monthly and quarterly quotas.
- • You will collaborate closely with Customer Support and Success teams to advocate for customer needs internally and ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding, fostering long-term satisfaction and retention.
- • You will continuously deepen your product expertise to become a trusted advisor, positioning EasyLlama not just as a training tool but as a strategic partner in reducing employee risk and building positive workplace culture.
- • You will take full accountability for your territory’s performance, adjusting strategies proactively based on market feedback, pipeline health, and evolving business goals.
- • You will participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve the sales process, sharing insights from the field to help shape product messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
- • Through this role, you will develop advanced consultative selling skills, master SaaS sales methodologies in a high-growth environment, and gain deep expertise in HR compliance and e-learning solutions—positioning yourself for long-term career growth in sales leadership or customer success.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
- • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering consistent results
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- • Highly organized with strong time management and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- • Motivated, adaptable, and thrives in collaborative, fast-moving teams
- • Experience selling to HR or People teams or familiarity with compliance training/e-learning platforms is a nice-to-have
