- • Serve as the primary point of contact for SMB prospects and customers across the UK&I region, demonstrating Deel’s all-in-one global payroll and HR platform to drive new business acquisition.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with SMB decision-makers by understanding their unique HR, payroll, and compliance needs, and positioning Deel’s AI-powered solutions as the optimal fit.
- • Collaborate closely with the SDR team to strategize, qualify, and maintain a healthy, data-driven sales pipeline with accurate CRM updates and forecasting.
- • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing SMB clients to expand Deel’s footprint within their organizations and increase customer lifetime value.
- • Conduct targeted research on SMB prospects in the UK&I market to uncover pain points in global workforce management and tailor outreach accordingly.
- • Represent Deel at industry events, conferences, and networking functions within the HR Tech, FinTech, and Payroll ecosystems to build brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
- • Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership to align sales strategies with broader company goals and customer feedback.
- • Translate complex SaaS product features into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with SMB audiences unfamiliar with global employment infrastructure.
- • Drive pipeline growth through consultative selling, leveraging data and industry knowledge to articulate how Deel enables businesses to hire, pay, and support global workers compliantly and efficiently.
- • Ensure full compliance with CRM protocols, accurately documenting all interactions, deal stages, and next steps to enable visibility and accountability across the sales organization.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving market conditions, regulatory changes in employment law across UK&I, and product updates to maintain competitive edge and client trust.
- • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the SMB segment through disciplined territory management, proactive outreach, and strategic account planning.
- • Work within a fully remote, global team environment that operates across multiple time zones and cultures, requiring strong self-management and asynchronous communication skills.
- • Leverage Deel’s proprietary tools and AI-powered infrastructure to streamline sales processes, enhance prospect targeting, and deliver a seamless customer experience from first contact to onboarding.
