📋 Description
- • As a Commercial Account Executive for SMB in the Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Dandy’s presence in a new international market by owning the full sales cycle and helping refine the go-to-market strategy for dental practices.
- • Day to day, you will prospect and engage dental practices, manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close, track pipeline and performance in Salesforce, and collaborate with senior sales leadership to hit revenue targets and refine sales processes.
- • You will join a high-performing global sales organization at Dandy Technology, Inc., a venture-backed company transforming the $400B dental industry by building the operating system for dental offices worldwide through technology, innovation, and world-class support.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in dentistry and Dandy’s product value proposition, shape the NL sales motion and messaging, and grow your impact as a founding member of the international sales team in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years owning a full-cycle closing role
- • Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment strongly preferred
- • Fluency in both English and Dutch is required
- • Strong organisational skills and disciplined pipeline management
- • High proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRMs
- • Comfort operating in ambiguity with limited structure and resources
