- • You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and initial outreach to product demos, negotiation, closing deals, and seamless handoff to onboarding — ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that drive their business success.
- • You will join a high-performing, globally distributed sales team that values autonomy, collaboration, and initiative, where proactive problem-solving and self-motivation are celebrated and rewarded.
- • WeTravel fosters a culture of innovation and inclusivity, offering a supportive environment where your contributions are recognized and your professional growth is actively encouraged through cross-functional collaboration and feedback loops.

- • You will master the art of identifying client needs, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and articulating the value proposition of WeTravel’s platform to diverse stakeholders in the travel industry.
- • Through regular collaboration with product and onboarding teams, you will influence product development based on real-world client feedback, ensuring the platform evolves to meet market demands.
- • You will build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding targets while learning to forecast accurately and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- • By working remotely with periodic in-person connections (including the annual Amsterdam Program), you will cultivate strong virtual collaboration skills and global cultural fluency.
- • You will become part of a mission-driven team passionate about travel and innovation, where your work directly enables tour operators to scale efficiently and deliver exceptional group travel experiences.

- • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, including prospecting, conducting product demos, negotiating, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- • Strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort in making outbound calls and engaging potential clients through consultative selling.
- • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and taking initiative without requiring constant supervision.
- • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment that values results over rigid structures.

- • Generous "Time to Recharge" policy offering unlimited paid time off to support well-being and sustained high performance.
- • Annual Amsterdam Program: opportunity to work from WeTravel’s headquarters in Amsterdam for 2–4 weeks per year, including accommodation in company-provided apartments.
- • Extensive paid family leave and three paid volunteer days per year to support personal causes.
- • Two-week cross-functional onboarding program, cutting-edge equipment, WFH stipend, and access to Cambly for non-native English speakers seeking language support.
