- • As an Account Executive for Vision Service Plan, you will sell and service eyewear products by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects across a diverse range of industries, directly contributing to market share growth and operational goals.
- • Day to day, you will develop creative sales strategies to contact prospects, cultivate strong business relationships with customers, represent VSP’s eyewear line in all sales activities, collaborate with marketing and product teams to address customer needs, utilize sales automation systems for record-keeping and reporting, and act as a liaison between VSP departments and clients to ensure service expectations are met.
- • You will work independently while leveraging team support to exceed quota targets, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, identify and communicate customer feedback to internal divisions, and apply innovative solutions to customers’ business challenges by understanding their unique requirements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- • Three or more years of sales experience with proven success in account management, customer servicing, negotiation, and establishing long-term business-to-business relationships
- • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals with responsibility for small to medium-sized accounts
- • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including active listening and clear information conveyance
- • Highly adaptable, resilient, and self-motivated with a positive attitude, initiative, and ability to thrive with minimal supervision
- • Must be willing to travel more than 50% of the time and maintain a clean driving record
