- • As an Account Executive at Lexroom.ai, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in the Spanish market by driving sales of its trusted legal AI platform, directly contributing to the mission of making the law faster, clearer, and more reliable for legal professionals across Europe.
- • You will become a product expert and evangelist, identifying new use cases for Lexroom.ai among law firms, corporate legal teams, and independent practitioners, positioning the platform as an essential tool for modern legal workflows.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the full sales cycle: researching and identifying target accounts, initiating outreach via email and phone, conducting personalized product demonstrations, addressing client objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals to meet or exceed quarterly quotas.
- • You will work closely with prospects to deeply understand their pain points—such as time-consuming legal research, inefficient document review, or compliance risks—and tailor Lexroom.ai’s capabilities to demonstrate measurable value in speed, accuracy, and cost savings.
- • Acting as a market intelligence conduit, you will systematically gather feedback from client interactions and monitor competitive developments, providing actionable insights to the product team to inform feature prioritization and roadmap decisions.
- • Collaboration is central to your role; you will partner regularly with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, refine sales strategies, and ensure a seamless handover post-sale for optimal customer onboarding and retention.
- • You will maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM (HubSpot), forecast sales pipelines with precision, and continuously refine your approach based on performance data and coaching from sales leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of proven experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within SaaS, technology, or legal tech environments.
- • Proficiency with sales enablement and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Sales Tools, or similar platforms for prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
- • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage clients, deliver presentations, and negotiate effectively.
- • Strong self-motivation, ambition, and a growth mindset—eager to learn, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.
- • Bonus: A law degree or demonstrable familiarity with the legal industry, including understanding of legal workflows, pain points, or terminology.
