- • As an Account Executive at Tandem Health Inc., you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across the UK and Ireland by introducing its clinician-first AI copilot platform to public and private healthcare providers. This role is critical to Tandem’s mission of reimagining healthcare delivery by reducing clinician burnout and improving patient outcomes through intuitive, workflow-integrated technology.
- • You will drive end-to-end sales cycles — from market entry and lead generation to proposal development, pitch delivery, negotiation, and deal closure — while building trusted relationships with key stakeholders across providers, payors, EHR vendors, and pharmaceutical partners. Your deep local market insight and network will be instrumental in positioning Tandem as the go-to solution for healthcare systems seeking to enhance operational efficiency and clinician experience.
- • You will collaborate closely with product, customer success, and clinical teams to feed real-world market feedback into product development, ensuring Tandem’s copilot evolves to meet the specific needs of UK and Irish healthcare environments, including compliance with regional regulations and interoperability standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience selling software, medical devices, or health-tech solutions to healthcare providers, resellers, or pharmaceutical companies in the UK and/or Ireland.
- • Demonstrated track record of winning new business in both private and public healthcare sectors, including experience navigating NHS procurement frameworks and private hospital group sales cycles.
- • Established local network and deep understanding of the UK and Irish healthcare ecosystem, including relationships with providers, EHR/system suppliers (e.g., Epic, Cerner, EMIS, TPP), payors, and regulatory bodies.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to clinical, technical, and executive audiences.
- • Proven ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional, fast-paced startup teams.
- • Strong familiarity with healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., UK GDPR, HIPAA-equivalent standards) and experience with AI/ML in healthcare contexts is a plus.
