• • The Manager, Distribution — EMEA is a senior commercial leader responsible for defining and executing Delinea’s distribution strategy across EMEA to drive scalable indirect revenue growth through strategic distributor partnerships and reseller activation.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning distributor performance across pipeline creation, revenue contribution, margin optimisation and reseller activation; designing and implementing scalable reseller enablement frameworks; leading commercial negotiations on rebate structures and contractual terms; monitoring ROI of distribution programs; and partnering with Strategic Partner Managers, Channel Sales Managers and Growth CAMs to accelerate partner velocity.
• • Delinea is a pioneer in securing human and machine identities through intelligent, centralized authorization, offering a cloud-native Identity Security Platform powered by AI, with deployment in weeks, 99.995% uptake, and backing from TPG, fostering a culture of innovation, respect, and global collaboration.
• • In this role, the person will learn to shape enterprise-scale distribution engines, master multi-country EMEA commercial negotiations, build structured partner enablement programs, and drive measurable impact on partner-initiated pipeline, reseller productivity, and margin contribution — positioning them for senior leadership in global channel strategy.
