📋 Description

  • As an Account Executive at Scale Army, you will turn inbound interest into signed clients for engineering staffing and technical hiring solutions, focusing on consultative selling to U.S.-based tech clients.
  • You will run high-quality discovery calls with CTOs, founders, and engineering leaders, diagnose their actual hiring needs beyond surface-level requests, and guide strategic conversations about team structure and hiring priorities.
  • You will work closely with the Sales Manager and CEO, owning the full sales cycle from first call to signed agreement, with performance evaluated solely on revenue generated, not activity.
  • You will develop deep expertise in technical hiring dynamics, learn to advise on optimal team composition (e.g., recommending QA before backend or DevOps before frontend), and become a trusted advisor who helps tech leaders build teams faster and more effectively.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Executive or Account Management roles
  • Proven experience selling to technical buyers or within SaaS and technology-focused companies
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think and speak quickly in high-energy conversations
  • Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal, as all client interactions and internal work are conducted in English
  • Comfort working U.S. East Coast hours (9am–6pm EST) to align with client availability
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, as skills will be assessed live during the hiring process
