📋 Description
- • As an Account Executive at Arctic Wolf, you will play a key role in driving new business growth across the Thames Valley region, focusing on small to medium enterprises and expanding the company’s presence through strategic sales initiatives.
- • You will consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas by managing complex enterprise sales campaigns, identifying and developing net-new prospects, and maintaining a pipeline of 15–25 active opportunities per quarter while progressing long-term strategic deals.
- • You will collaborate closely with a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer and cross-functional teams including channel, field events, customer success, and sales development to align territory and deal reviews, ensuring cohesive execution throughout the sales process.
- • You will own the full sales cycle—from opportunity qualification and positioning to competitive differentiation—focusing on customer needs, outcomes, and value delivery for enterprise clients, while serving as the central relationship owner throughout the process.
- • You will build and maintain strong relationships within the security and infrastructure reseller and partner ecosystem, leveraging internal lead generation and channel resources to sustain momentum and drive conversions.
- • You will operate within a mission-driven culture rooted in security, people, transparency, and innovation, working for a company recognized as a Great Place to Work UK (2023–2025) and award-winning for customer service and security excellence.
🎯 Requirements

- • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- • Strong command of a structured sales methodology, with MEDDPICC preferred.
- • Experience selling SaaS, security technology, or services solutions.
- • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical and business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
