- • As an Account Executive at Total Party Planner, part of Fullsteam Operations, LLC, you will be a key driver of the organization’s growth by specializing in new logo software and services sales, directly contributing to the company’s mission of helping small and medium-sized businesses flourish through seamless customer experiences.
- • Day to day, you will identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media; conduct in-depth needs analysis and discovery; tailor software solution presentations and demos; build and maintain client relationships; negotiate contract terms and pricing; maintain accurate CRM records; develop and manage a sales pipeline; collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success; stay informed on industry trends and competitors; provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management; and mentor junior Account Executives by sharing best practices and supporting their professional development.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred
- • 3+ years of experience in software sales, preferably within SMB and mid-market segments
- • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office, with experience using sales tools and technologies
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, closing, and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to inform strategy and decision-making
- • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
