- • As an Account Executive for Arctic Wolf Networks in the UK South region, you will drive new business growth in the small to medium enterprise market, playing a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory. Your work directly contributes to Arctic Wolf’s mission of ending cyber risk by helping organizations strengthen their security posture through the Aurora Platform and managed detection and response services.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for Enterprise opportunities, consistently achieving quarterly and annual quotas by managing 15-25 sales opportunities per quarter, identifying net new prospects through discovery calls, partner engagements, events, and personal prospecting, while mastering competitive differentiation to effectively position Arctic Wolf’s solutions based on customer outcomes and business value.
- • Collaborating closely with a dedicated senior pre-sales engineer and cross-functional teams including channel, field events, customer success, and sales development, you will act as the team quarterback—leading weekly territory calls, aligning internal resources, and ensuring seamless communication to advance opportunities and build strong rapport with prospects and partners.
- • You will leverage a proven sales process framework (with MEDDPICC preferred), utilizing CRM and sales enablement tools like Salesforce, Clari, Slack, and Microsoft 365 to track pipeline, translate technical and financial value propositions for both technical and C-suite audiences, and maintain currency in evolving security technologies and partner ecosystems.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • 2-5+ years of direct or channel sales experience with strong prospecting ability
- • Proven track record of consistent sales quota overachievement
- • Skilled in selling techniques within a proven sales process framework (MEDDPICC preferred)
- • Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with both customers and colleagues at all levels
- • Solid level of technology, spreadsheet and CRM utilisation (Slack, Salesforce, Clari, Microsoft 365, CoPilot)
