- • As an Account Executive at Rasa Technologies Inc., you will drive revenue growth by identifying, cultivating, and closing complex deals with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises, playing a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence in the enterprise AI space.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and executing territory plans, navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–12 months) involving technical and economic buyers, bridging technical value with business outcomes, leading virtual account teams with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success, forecasting and managing pipeline to hit revenue targets, and collaborating with product and customer success teams to gather feedback and uncover expansion opportunities.
- • You will join a remote-first, mission-driven sales team within Rasa’s NAMER Sales organization, working closely with Solutions Engineers, Business Development Representatives, and cross-functional partners to deliver technical and commercial wins in high-value enterprise deals.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in selling complex AI/ML and infrastructure solutions, refine your enterprise sales methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.), and grow into a trusted advisor capable of influencing C-suite and technical stakeholders while contributing to Rasa’s vision of transforming human-AI interaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years experience in sales, specifically in complex technical domains (e.g., AI/ML, DevOps, Database/Infra)
- • Proven track record of selling large deals (top 10% performance) and consistently exceeding quotas ($1M+ ARR targets)
- • Experience closing 6-figure (100–500K) deals and being code-literate or infrastructure-fluent to engage effectively with engineering teams
- • Deep familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or Command of the Message
- • Self-driven, accountable professional with a hunter mindset and proven ability to build pipeline from scratch
