- • As an Account Executive at Medely, you will own the full sales cycle for outpatient healthcare facilities, driving adoption of the company’s on-demand staffing platform through prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing.
- • Day to day, you will engage in strategic territory planning, conduct consultative sales calls with clinical and administrative decision-makers, build pipeline through self-prospecting, and collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and high product adoption.
- • Medely is a high-growth Series-C technology startup reimagining healthcare work through an on-demand marketplace, operating as a fully remote team dedicated to transforming how healthcare workers and facilities connect to improve patient care.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare staffing sales, master a modern sales tech stack, exceed quota within your first year, mentor new team members, and influence go-to-market strategy with frontline market insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in software/technology
- • Skilled in consultative, solution-based selling with a track record of closing multi-contact opportunities
- • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through self-prospecting
- • Comfortable engaging with multiple decision-makers (clinical, operational, executive) within an account
- • BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant sales experience

- • Competitive compensation: $124,000 - $138,000 OTE with uncapped commission and accelerators
