- • As an Account Growth Lead (Delivery & Sales) focused on Existing Accounts at Innodata, you will be instrumental in driving significant revenue expansion within our established enterprise client base. This is a critical, high-impact role where you will own a substantial portfolio valued at approximately $10 million, with the ambitious goal of achieving 20-50% year-over-year growth. Your success will be measured not only by revenue targets but also by ensuring exceptional delivery execution and fostering deep customer satisfaction, leading to high retention rates and long-term account value.
- • You will be the primary strategic partner for a select group of enterprise clients, understanding their evolving business needs, challenges, and strategic objectives. This deep understanding will enable you to proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, aligning Innodata's advanced AI and machine learning data solutions with their critical business priorities. Your role involves developing and executing sophisticated account plans that outline growth strategies, key initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
- • A core aspect of this position is the meticulous management of the sales pipeline for your assigned accounts. This includes identifying potential opportunities, qualifying leads, developing compelling proposals, and skillfully negotiating contracts to secure new business within existing relationships. You will be responsible for accurate forecasting, providing leadership with clear visibility into revenue projections and growth potential.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work hand-in-hand with our delivery leadership and subject matter experts to ensure seamless project execution, consistently high-quality service delivery, and proactive issue resolution. Your ability to bridge the gap between client expectations and delivery capabilities will be crucial for maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- • You will be tasked with improving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), a key metric that reflects the growth of revenue from existing customers. This involves not only securing new business but also ensuring that current services are optimized, expanded, and delivering maximum value, thereby reducing churn and increasing the overall lifetime value of each account.
- • This role demands a strategic, consultative sales approach. You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry, their competitive landscape, and how Innodata's data engineering and AI solutions can provide a distinct competitive advantage. You will present business cases, articulate ROI, and build strong, enduring relationships at multiple levels within the client organization, from operational teams to executive leadership.
- • Beyond direct sales activities, you will champion Innodata's value proposition internally and externally. You will gather market intelligence, provide feedback to product and service teams on client needs and market trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our go-to-market strategies. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping Innodata's future offerings and ensuring we remain at the forefront of the data engineering and AI solutions space.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts, demonstrating a strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes. You should be adept at navigating complex organizational structures, influencing key stakeholders, and driving consensus to achieve ambitious growth objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing, innovative technology company that is shaping the future of data.
