  • • As an Account Lead at Darkroom Software, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies for brand clients across major e-commerce marketplaces, directly contributing to measurable revenue growth and operational excellence. Your work will bridge strategic vision with tactical execution, ensuring clients achieve scalable success through data-informed decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
  • • You will define and execute comprehensive brand strategies, including channel selection, product positioning, pricing approaches, and go-to-market planning, while collaborating closely with the Director of Marketplaces to maintain catalog accuracy and compliance across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central. Your day-to-day will involve leading sales forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment processes to meet revenue targets, partnering with the Advertising Manager to set and monitor ACOS/TACOS efficiency goals, and presenting clear, data-driven insights to clients and internal teams through both verbal and written formats.
  • • You will build and sustain strong client relationships through consistent, strategic communication, managing client agendas with accountability and transparency, and serving as the primary point of contact for translating complex performance data into actionable recommendations that inspire confidence and drive alignment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in brand management within Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, as well as other e-commerce marketplaces
  • • 1–2 years of client-facing experience, including communicating complex performance data and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • • Proven experience with digital assets, A+/EBC content, SEO, copywriting, and parent/child variation management
  • • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and data-driven decision-making, with ability to build scalable processes and reporting systems
  • • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with full professional fluency in English
  • • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude, committed to driving client growth and delivering measurable results
