- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with our existing accounts. This involves expertly facilitating the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive introduction to Hive Health's services. You will conduct regular check-ins and deliver comprehensive business reports, providing valuable insights into their health plan utilization and overall satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be the primary point of contact for addressing any day-to-day concerns, proactively resolving issues to maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
- • A key aspect of this role is leading discussions and negotiations for contract renewals. This requires a strategic approach to demonstrate the ongoing value of Hive Health's plans and to secure long-term partnerships. You will leverage your understanding of client needs and market dynamics to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- • To foster a vibrant and engaged user base, you will be responsible for organizing and executing marketing initiatives. This includes planning and delivering engaging webinars that educate members on health and wellness topics, as well as crafting informative newsletters that keep them updated on Hive Health's offerings and industry news. Your efforts will directly contribute to member engagement and the overall perception of our brand.
- • A critical function of your role will be to act as a bridge between our clients and our product development team. You will actively solicit feedback from accounts, gathering insights into their experiences, challenges, and aspirations. This valuable information will be meticulously analyzed and incorporated into our product development roadmap and overall business strategy, ensuring that Hive Health remains responsive to market needs and client demands.
- • To excel in this position, you will need to develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of Hive’s product suite, including the intricacies of our digital platform and the various health plans we offer. Equally important is gaining a thorough knowledge of the broader health insurance market and its associated processes within the Philippines. This expertise will enable you to effectively advise clients and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- • You will work in close collaboration with various internal functions, including Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Support. This cross-functional teamwork is essential for delivering an extraordinary and seamless user experience from initial contact through ongoing service. Your ability to coordinate effectively will ensure that Hive Health consistently exceeds client expectations.
