📋 Description

• As an Account Management Associate at Hive Health Inc., you will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with small and medium-sized business (SMB) accounts, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making healthcare radically more accessible in the Philippines.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and growing existing client relationships through onboarding sessions, regular check-ins, business reporting, and addressing day-to-day concerns; leading contract renewal discussions and negotiations; organizing marketing initiatives like webinars and newsletters to boost member engagement; gathering and incorporating client feedback into product development and business strategy; developing deep expertise in Hive’s health plans and market processes; and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Hive Health is an award-winning, Harvard- and Stanford-founded startup backed by Y Combinator and top global investors, revolutionizing access to quality, affordable healthcare for Filipinos through its all-in-one digital health insurance platform for SMBs.
• In this role, you will develop strong account management and business development skills, gain hands-on experience in healthcare innovation, learn to leverage data for business reporting and analysis, and grow your ability to drive product improvements through customer insights—positioning you for long-term impact in health tech and client-facing strategy roles.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in account management, business development, or related fields
• Ability to effectively use data in building business reports and performing business analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities
• Collaborative team player with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
