• • The Senior Manager of Account Management provides senior leadership for specialty pharmacy health plan and payer account portfolios, with accountability for client strategy, financial performance, operational excellence, and people leadership.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading and developing Account Management leaders and individual contributors, serving as the senior escalation point for complex payer relationships, overseeing portfolio-level performance including service metrics and financial impacts, and shaping account management strategies aligned to enterprise priorities.
