- • As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our retail partnerships across Canada and the US. Your primary focus will be on managing existing accounts with a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness, ensuring our retail buyers have a seamless and positive experience. This involves overseeing the entire order lifecycle, from initial placement and pricing agreements to the successful launch of new products. You will be the key point of contact, fostering strong, lasting relationships with our buyers and retail partners, acting as their trusted advisor and problem-solver.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be to meticulously monitor inventory levels, analyze sales forecasts, and track sell-through performance. This data-driven approach will enable you to identify potential stock issues, optimize product placement, and proactively address any challenges. Accurate and timely reporting, both internally to our leadership team and externally to our retail partners, is paramount to maintaining transparency and driving informed decisions. - • Beyond managing day-to-day operations, you will actively engage in business development initiatives. This involves identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities to expand our SKU listings within existing retail channels and to broaden our distribution network into new markets. Preparing compelling sales presentations, conducting thorough line reviews, and crafting persuasive promotional proposals will be regular activities, requiring you to understand market trends and customer needs.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, with a preference for experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- • Postsecondary degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Sales).
- • Strong English verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
