- • Senior GL Accountant responsible for managing general ledger accounting activities including cash, prepaids, fixed assets, accounts payable, leases, investments, allocations, intercompany transactions, and payroll accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- • Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules; partnering cross-functionally with FP&A, Payroll, PeopleOps, Legal, and other stakeholders; supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; performing flux and variance analyses using data analytics and AI-enabled tools; identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities; and supporting external audits and special projects.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting or a similar role, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus
- • Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- • High proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasets; experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus
- • Hands-on experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred
- • Strong critical thinking skills with a track record of identifying discrepancies and implementing process improvements
- • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining audit-ready support
- • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight month-end deadlines
- • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional partnership
- • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- • Open to using AI responsibly to amplify skills and improve efficiency
