- • As an Accounts Payable Analyst at Sierra Technologies, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor bills and corporate expenses across global entities, directly supporting the company’s mission to build human-centered AI experiences through financial integrity and operational excellence.
- • Day to day, you will process vendor invoices using Ramp, onboard vendors with bank verification, respond to vendor inquiries, review expense reports for policy compliance, reconcile corporate card charges via Navan, assist with T&E-related inquiries, prepare year-end 1099s, and collaborate with procurement and FP&A teams to drive process improvements.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global multi-entity accounts payable, gain hands-on experience with modern finance tech stacks (Ramp, Navan), develop process design and automation skills, and contribute to building an AI-native finance function while working alongside industry leaders in a culture that values craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable
- • Proven experience in a global multi-entity multi-currency environment
- • Relentless attention to detail
- • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- • Ability to design, run, and improve processes independently with a bias for simplification and automation
