  • • Own and manage the renewal and expansion lifecycle for a portfolio of customers in the SaaS/EdTech space, ensuring timely renewals and minimizing churn.
  • • Build and execute strategic account plans focused on customer retention, upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnership growth aligned with each customer’s evolving goals.
  • • Lead Executive Partnership Reviews to demonstrate ROI, align on customer outcomes, and uncover expansion opportunities with C-level and executive stakeholders.
  • • Develop customized renewal proposals, pricing strategies, and ROI-driven business cases tailored to individual customer needs and priorities.
  • • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Learning, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and coordinated execution of Customer Success Plans (CSPs).
  • • Proactively identify customer risks and collaborate cross-functionally to implement retention and satisfaction strategies.
  • • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives by uncovering unmet customer needs and aligning Transfr’s immersive training solutions to measurable business and educational outcomes.
  • • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder customer environments involving schools, workforce development agencies, and public sector entities.
  • • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and customer activity tracking within Salesforce, providing timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts to leadership.
  • • Continuously improve renewal and expansion processes to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the customer portfolio.
  • • Travel domestically up to 50% or more to meet with key customers, attend events, and strengthen partner relationships in assigned territories.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, building trusted advisory relationships that position Transfr as an indispensable workforce and education partner.
  • • Contribute to the evolution of account management best practices by sharing insights, feedback, and process improvements across the organization.
  • • Ensure all customer interactions reflect Transfr’s mission of creating accessible, immersive learning pathways that empower individuals to gain real-world skills and unlock new career opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–5 years of experience in renewals or account management within SaaS, EdTech, or a related software industry
  • • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal, retention, and upsell targets
  • • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • • Experience engaging with executive and C-level stakeholders
  • • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • • Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 60%
