  • • Establish and maintain relationships with national retail partners and their leadership to drive margin improvement and enhance operational efficiency
  • • Act as a brand ambassador for Progressive Leasing by educating retailers on the company’s web-based lease-to-own finance technology and its benefits for customer experience
  • • Conduct virtual trainings and one-on-one meetings with retail clients to support adoption, engagement, and performance of lease-to-own solutions
  • • Utilize hardware and software tools to increase accountability, track performance, and improve operational efficiencies across client accounts
  • • Leverage value-based data and best practices to align sales and marketing strategies with retailer strategic initiatives and drive sell-through
  • • Contribute to shaping the evolving virtual lease-to-own (LTO) market through innovative sales approaches and client-focused solutions
  • • Travel up to 10% to support retail partner engagements, training sessions, or corporate events as required
  • • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records in CRM systems, including logging activities, generating insights, and producing performance reports
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales strategies that reflect Progressive Leasing’s mission and values
  • • Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that rewards passion, tenacity, innovation, and diligence
  • • Embrace and adapt to AI-enabled tools and evolving workflows as they become integrated into daily operations
  • • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to effectively represent Progressive Leasing to retail clients
  • • Apply superior sales experience and strategic thinking to exceed performance standards and contribute to company growth

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–5 years’ experience in account management
  • • 3+ years’ experience successfully managing accounts, preferably in a retail environment
  • • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems for activity logging, reporting, and analysis
  • • Superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • • Strong work ethic, high initiative, and interest in new technology and software applications
