  • • The Account Manager (Hong Kong) is responsible for the health, retention, and strategic growth of Lyra Health’s partnership with global enterprise clients within the APAC region, transitioning the company from a vendor to a strategic partner for high-stakes clients.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as a localized point of contact in the APAC hub to eliminate time-zone friction, bridge cultural nuances in mental health delivery, and provide immediate boots-on-the-ground response for critical incident escalations to ensure culturally resonant and operationally seamless mental health support for clients’ employees.
  • • Lyra Health is the leading provider of mental health solutions for employers, supporting over 20 million people globally, delivering 13 million sessions of care, publishing 20+ peer-reviewed studies, and achieving a 26% annual reduction in healthcare claims costs through its AI-powered Lyra Empower platform.
