- • As an Account Manager at Stedi, you will own a large segment of the company’s fastest-growing customers, directly impacting revenue by identifying expansion opportunities, managing renewals, and driving product adoption across the healthcare technology landscape.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary commercial point of contact for key accounts, managing a pipeline of upsell and cross-sell opportunities in the CRM, interfacing daily with executive and technical stakeholders via Slack, Zoom, and email, and collaborating with solutions engineering, data analytics, and operations teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
