Your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted advisor, understanding their unique business needs and aligning SOTI's cutting-edge mobile and IoT device management solutions to meet and exceed their expectations.
  • • You will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong, enduring partnerships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors. This involves proactively engaging with clients to understand their evolving requirements, challenges, and strategic objectives, thereby positioning SOTI as an indispensable partner in their digital transformation journey.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be to meticulously forecast and monitor key account metrics. This data-driven approach will enable you to identify trends, assess performance against goals, and proactively address any potential issues, ensuring consistent delivery of value and achievement of revenue targets.
  • • You will be tasked with identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within your assigned territory. This requires a strategic mindset to uncover new avenues for SOTI's solutions, collaborating closely with internal sales teams to develop and execute targeted strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market penetration.
  • • Managing high-priority requests and escalations will be a daily occurrence. You will be expected to handle these situations with promptness, professionalism, and effectiveness, ensuring customer satisfaction and reinforcing SOTI's commitment to exceptional service.
  • • Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel within assigned partner accounts is paramount. This extends beyond the primary contact to include technical teams, operational leads, and decision-makers, creating a comprehensive network of engagement.
  • • You will be responsible for coordinating internal resources, including support, service, and management teams, to ensure that partner objectives and expectations are not only met but consistently surpassed. This cross-functional collaboration is key to delivering a seamless and superior customer experience.
  • • Achieving assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within your partner accounts is a core performance indicator. This involves a deep understanding of SOTI's value proposition and the ability to articulate it effectively in the context of each client's business.
  • • You will contribute to SOTI's vision of delivering best-in-class mobile and IoT device management solutions by bringing an out-of-the-box thinking approach, appreciating the art of creating great software and solutions that make a difference.
  • • Embracing new technologies and understanding the competitive landscape of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and similar market spaces will be crucial for success. Your insights into industry trends will inform your account strategies and help position SOTI as a market leader.
