- • The Account Manager at Omniscient Digital owns client relationships and drives retention and expansion across a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts, turning SEO and content into measurable pipeline and securing renewals.
- • Day to day, the person will serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, own the narrative and renewal process end-to-end, drive expansion opportunities, lead executive conversations, coordinate internal teams, manage escalations, identify portfolio-wide patterns, and help build the account management function by refining playbooks and standards.
- • The team is a small, fast-growing function being built from the ground up, reporting directly to the Chief Client Officer, with opportunity to evolve into a team lead role as the function scales.
- • The person can learn to shape a growing function, gain end-to-end ownership of client outcomes, develop commercial and narrative expertise, and grow into a leadership role while working with ambitious B2B SaaS brands like SAP, Adobe, Loom, and Hotjar.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-5+ years in account management for SEO, GEO content marketing, digital PR, CRO, or organic growth services — agency experience required
- • B2B fluency with experience working with B2B clients and understanding of the B2B business model and pipeline mechanics
- • Proven narrative chops — ability to translate delivery into business outcomes for executives and reframe flat performance
- • Commercial confidence — owned renewals and expansion conversations, comfortable carrying the commercial line while partnering with delivery specialists
- • High standards for self and others — seeks and gives candid feedback, pushes back when work doesn’t meet the bar
- • Tolerance for ambiguity — excited by shaping a function in real time, not unsettled by it
