📋 Description

• As an Account Manager at Corpay, you will serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients in France, building strong, long-term relationships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth through consultative support and strategic value delivery.
• Day to day, you will manage client relationships by understanding objectives and challenges, monitor contract expirations and terms, analyze program performance and sales trends, prepare reports and dashboards, identify upselling opportunities, collaborate with internal teams on solutions, and support client onboarding and issue resolution.
• Corpay is a global technology leader in commercial payments, specializing in fuel, payables, toll, and lodging solutions used by millions across over 80 countries, with a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in gift card and loyalty programs, sharpen analytical and negotiation skills, grow your ability to drive revenue through strategic account planning, and gain experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or business development, preferably in gift card, B2B, reward and recognition, employee benefits, or loyalty industries
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and data visualization/reporting platforms
• Fluent in French and English required; full driving license necessary
