  • You will be instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities, including the conversion of existing relationships into long-term agreements, thereby securing sustained revenue streams.
  • A proactive approach is essential as you will identify and address potential issues before they escalate into churn risks, ensuring client satisfaction and account stability.
  • You will lead impactful monthly business reviews with retailer partners, adeptly translating complex raw data into clear, performance-driven reports, compelling case studies, and actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Maintaining robust account health will require you to engage effectively across multiple levels of client organizations, including building rapport and trust with senior leaders within mid-market and enterprise accounts.

  • You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate the platform's capabilities and leverage its features to achieve their specific business objectives.
