- • As an Account Manager, reporting directly to the Manager of Client Services, you will be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing post-sales client relationships. Your core focus will be on driving user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, meticulously managing campaigns, ensuring client retention, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
- • You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, dedicated Client Service support teams, and various cross-functional departments to maximize the return on investment (ROI) for our valued customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and programmatic media buying to optimize campaigns, develop innovative solutions, and guarantee exceptional client satisfaction with their campaign performance.
- • While StackAdapt operates as a Remote-First company, we are specifically seeking candidates located in London for this pivotal role, ensuring a strong local presence and understanding of the UK market.
- • **Key Responsibilities and Impact:**
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients spanning a wide array of industry verticals. Build strong, trusted relationships by understanding their unique business objectives and challenges.
- • Design and implement bespoke, data-driven campaign strategies tailored to each client's needs within the robust StackAdapt platform. This involves translating client goals into actionable campaign structures and targeting parameters.
- • Proactively ensure the success of client campaigns through regular, insightful reporting on progress against their defined goals. Provide strategic solutions and data-backed optimizations to consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- • Take ownership of the technical setup and trafficking of advertising campaigns directly on the StackAdapt Demand-Side Platform (DSP). This includes the meticulous implementation of third-party tags and the creation and troubleshooting of pixels to ensure accurate tracking and measurement.
- • Actively identify and pursue opportunities to upsell additional services and solutions that can further enhance client outcomes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operational efficiency by suggesting and helping to develop new tools, reports, and streamlined processes.
- • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data to derive actionable insights, make informed strategic recommendations, and uncover new avenues for client growth and revenue generation.
- • Lead and facilitate engaging in-person and virtual client meetings, compelling presentations, comprehensive training sessions, and strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase value and foster long-term partnerships.
- • Function as a strategic advisor to your clients, offering thought leadership and expert guidance to help them scale their businesses effectively using the StackAdapt platform.
- • Be prepared to travel to meet clients when necessary, which may include hosting meetings, conducting agency visits, and participating in client events to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities.
- • Foster a deep understanding of the StackAdapt platform's capabilities and continuously educate clients on its features and best practices to drive maximum value and adoption.
- • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients and to provide ongoing support and strategic guidance post-sale.
- • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights and to identify potential threats or opportunities within their market.
- • Develop a strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and how StackAdapt fits within it, enabling you to articulate its unique value proposition effectively.
