- • In this role, you will manage a dedicated book of business comprising small to medium-sized customers, contributing significantly to Adthena's overall Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) target of $1 million.
- • Your primary objective is to achieve and exceed a retention rate of over 90% each financial quarter for your allocated portfolio of 25-30 renewing clients.
- • You will engage with a diverse range of clients across various verticals, including direct clients and agencies, interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels, including C-suite executives.
- • A key responsibility is to foster and build strategic, long-term relationships, deeply understanding both the overt and discreet needs of your clients.
- • You will be adept at articulating and demonstrating Adthena's impact on client outcomes and results, ensuring ongoing satisfaction to facilitate successful contract renewals.
- • This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Finance, to develop and execute effective renewal strategies.
- • You will proactively identify and cultivate relationships with senior and economic stakeholders within client organizations, understanding their business objectives and how Adthena can contribute.
- • A crucial aspect of your role will be to identify potential risks to client retention and develop proactive strategies and recovery plans for clients identified as 'at-risk'.
- • You will be responsible for producing and presenting comprehensive business reviews to clients, showcasing performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for your existing client base, identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion of Adthena's services.
- • You will negotiate commercials and terms of engagement for renewals and expansions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- • Continuously monitor client health metrics, forecast retention rates accurately, and provide timely updates to management.
- • Ensure clients are fully aware of new product innovations, features, and services available through Adthena, maximizing their utilization and value.

- • You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your client portfolio strategically while receiving consistent support and feedback from the Director of Account Management.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of experience in an Account Management, Sales, or equivalent client-facing role.
- • Strong commercial understanding, with proven negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- • Demonstrated ability to hit upsell and retention KPIs and nurture customer relationships long-term.
- • Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- • Proven ability to think on your feet, solve problems creatively, and build compelling business cases.
- • Strong fact-finding, active listening, and discovery skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a sense of urgency and accountability.
- • Experience with CRM management and comfortable working with data to identify trends and make insight-driven recommendations.
- • Previous experience in relationship management and managing the renewal cycle and commercial negotiations.
- • Understanding of search marketing (bonus point).
- • Experience in an Online, SaaS, Agency, or Technology organization (bonus point).
