- • As an Account Manager at H.B. Fuller, you will manage hygiene and packaging regional strategic accounts in South China, serving as the primary liaison between corporate decision-makers and local plant sites to drive commercial goals and optimize share, price, and profitability.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing strategic account plans, allocating time to grow business and prospect for new opportunities (20% of time), negotiating skillfully with procurement professionals, coaching and developing sales and technical service personnel, and ensuring alignment with customer priorities using HBF resources.
- • H.B. Fuller is the world’s largest pureplay adhesives company, founded in 1887, with $3.6 billion in 2024 revenue and over 7,500 global team members serving customers across 30+ market segments in 140+ countries, united by the mission to Connect What Matters through innovative adhesives, coatings, and sealants.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic account management, influence without authority, negotiation with procurement and technical stakeholders, and cross-functional coordination—growing your ability to drive revenue, manage complex customer relationships, and contribute to innovation-led growth in industrial markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, marketing, sales management, or a related field
- • Over 5 years of sales experience serving industrial customers
- • Experience with barrier coating, packaging makers, or hygiene industries is preferred
- • Strong ability to grow sales revenue and manage accounts receivable
- • Basic English reading and writing skills
- • Open, goal-oriented mindset with good interpersonal and influence management skills
