  • • As a pivotal member of our Software Sales team, the Account Manager will be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing robust client relationships, spearheading revenue expansion, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary liaison for our valued clients, guiding them toward achieving their strategic objectives and maximizing their success with our innovative platform. This role demands a proactive and client-centric approach, focusing on building trust and delivering exceptional value.
  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned accounts, cultivating and maintaining strong, enduring relationships that foster loyalty and partnership.
  • • Proactively drive customer retention by understanding client needs, anticipating challenges, and delivering timely solutions, while simultaneously identifying and pursuing upselling opportunities to deepen client engagement and revenue.
  • • Meticulously guide new customers through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they gain a comprehensive understanding of our product's capabilities and are equipped to leverage its full potential for their business goals.
  • • Diligently track and analyze key customer success metrics, monitor usage trends, and proactively identify potential churn risks, implementing preventative strategies to mitigate attrition.
  • • Actively engage with clients to identify their unique pain points and challenges, translating these insights into actionable feedback for our product development team, thereby influencing future feature enhancements and product roadmap.
  • • Conduct compelling and informative software demonstrations tailored to client needs, effectively manage contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements, and expertly close sales opportunities.
  • • Foster and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with a diverse range of clients, including top-tier enterprises, key industry partners, and small to mid-sized businesses across a spectrum of sectors.
  • • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience from initial engagement through ongoing support and growth.
  • • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the government contracting and AI sectors to provide strategic guidance to clients and inform internal strategies.
  • • Develop and execute account plans that outline strategies for growth, retention, and customer advocacy within your assigned portfolio.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales and account management processes, sharing best practices and insights with the broader team.
  • • Achieve and consistently exceed defined sales quotas and customer satisfaction targets, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and measurable results.
  • • Champion the Procurement Sciences brand and value proposition, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for our clients within the organization.
  • • Understand the nuances of the government contracting lifecycle and how our AI platform can provide significant advantages to clients operating within this complex ecosystem.
  • • Proactively seek opportunities to gather customer testimonials and case studies, showcasing the tangible impact of Awarded AI on client success.
  • • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional reach and represent Procurement Sciences.
