- • As an Account Manager at Adyen N.V., you will be a pivotal member of our dynamic commercial team, driving ambitious growth strategies across the APAC region. Your primary focus will be on nurturing and expanding relationships with our most significant enterprise merchants, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction with Adyen's comprehensive financial technology platform.
- • You will be entrusted with the full responsibility for the success and satisfaction of your assigned merchant portfolio. This involves a deep understanding of their business objectives and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and enhancement of their payment strategies.
- • A core aspect of your role will be to drive revenue growth by strategically increasing the share of wallet within existing accounts. This will be achieved through adept cross-selling and upselling of Adyen's innovative products and services, ensuring merchants leverage the full spectrum of our offerings.
- • You will be instrumental in bringing valuable, data-driven insights to your merchants, helping them navigate the complexities of the payments landscape and optimize their operations. This consultative approach positions you as a trusted advisor.
- • Building and sustaining robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within merchant organizations will be paramount. Your ability to connect, understand needs, and deliver exceptional experiences will be key to fostering loyalty and partnership.
