  • • As Head of Programme Management at Massive Rocket Ltd., you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of the company’s most complex, multi-workstream client programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, proper governance, and execution to the highest standard. This role is critical to enabling Massive Rocket’s ambition to reach $100M in revenue by delivering seamless, strategic client journeys that empower teams and delight stakeholders.
  • • You will partner closely with executive sponsors, client leadership, and internal teams to structure, plan, and deliver programmes that are predictable, transparent, and commercially sound, acting as the senior point of accountability for risk control, dependency management, budget tracking, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams and time zones.
  • • You will shape and refine Massive Rocket’s programme governance frameworks, helping teams navigate risks and issues while keeping technical, delivery, and business stakeholders moving in the same direction, ensuring ambitious engagements run smoothly and teams are empowered to do their best work.
  • • Day to day, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programmes, including initiating and scoping engagements, developing detailed programme plans, managing budgets and forecasts, identifying and mitigating risks, mapping dependencies, facilitating cross-functional coordination, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
  • • You will coach and lead distributed teams across multiple workstreams and time zones, applying Agile and hybrid delivery models appropriately, fostering clarity and confidence through strong communication, and ensuring adherence to governance standards while maintaining commercial viability.
  • • You will engage directly with C-suite and senior executives from both Massive Rocket and client organisations, translating technical delivery into business value, managing expectations, and securing buy-in for strategic initiatives that drive long-term partnerships.
  • • You will continuously improve internal processes by refining programme management methodologies, documenting lessons learned, and contributing to the development of best practices that scale with the company’s rapid growth.
  • • You will represent Massive Rocket in key client meetings, steering committees, and industry events, building trusted relationships that reinforce the company’s reputation as a leader in Braze and Snowflake-powered digital transformation.
  • • You will operate within a remote-first, globally distributed culture that values ownership, collaboration, and entrepreneurial mindset, where your contributions directly impact the company’s trajectory and your own professional growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 12+ years of programme and project leadership in a services environment, ideally with Martech experience
  • • Proven history of running complex, multi-workstream programmes across digital, CRM, or data domains
  • • Hands-on experience delivering and governing programmes within consultancies or agencies
  • • Deep understanding of CRM, data, Martech, and digital transformation ecosystems
  • • Real experience building and running programme governance frameworks that keep everything aligned and on track
  • • Strong commercial and financial management skills — budgeting, forecasting, and managing commercial risk
  • • Comfort operating at the highest level, working directly with C-Suite and senior executives
  • • Expertise in risk management, dependency mapping, and programme-level planning
  • • Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones and workstreams
  • • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills that bring clarity and confidence to teams
  • • Solid grounding in Agile and hybrid delivery models, knowing when and how to apply each
  • • Willingness to travel for key client meetings and steering committees when needed
