📋 Description

• As a Project Consultant for ERP Automations at BLP Digital, you will lead end-to-end implementations of AI-powered ERP automation solutions, directly enabling enterprise clients across finance, procurement, logistics, and sales to transform their operations with measurable impact. This role sits at the critical intersection of business and technology, where your work ensures that cutting-edge AI-driven automation translates into real-world efficiency gains for Fortune 500 and global clients.
• Day to day, you will own the full implementation lifecycle — from gathering and analyzing client requirements to designing scalable, tailored solutions that align with complex business workflows. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to adapt the platform to unique customer processes, troubleshoot technical integration challenges, and ensure seamless deployment. Acting as the client’s trusted advisor, you will anticipate needs, surface actionable insights, and guide customers toward maximizing automation rates and ROI. You will also partner with sales to co-create implementation plans that drive deep product adoption and feed real-world feedback into the product development loop for continuous improvement.

• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise AI implementation, ERP process optimization (particularly P2P and O2C flows), and cross-functional stakeholder management. You will sharpen your ability to translate ambiguous business needs into technical solutions, manage multiple concurrent projects under evolving priorities, and grow into a strategic advisor trusted by both clients and internal teams — positioning yourself for long-term leadership in technology-enabled business transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management
• Fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting to native-speaking clients
