- • As a Senior Manager - Client & Product at Cotality, you will lead the strategic and operational success of client delivery teams across implementation, support, and training, ensuring clients achieve strong adoption and long-term value from the Prime ecosystem while maintaining high service quality throughout the client lifecycle. This role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction, product evolution, and operational excellence by bridging client needs with product development in a global, remote-first environment.
- • You will own operational delivery and service quality across the Prime client lifecycle by establishing standardized procedures and work plans, lead and direct Prime client implementations, onboarding, training, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team of professionals and subordinate managers, serve as the primary escalation point for complex client matters using sound judgment to resolve issues and define appropriate courses of action, attend direct client meetings including operational reviews and solution discussions to provide expert guidance and leadership, partner with Product and Development teams to define and document operational and client-driven requirements for future enhancements, drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and delivery models to increase efficiency and effectiveness, manage costs and resources related to the department to ensure alignment with broader business objectives, contribute to international product initiatives and cross-region collaboration to align global delivery standards, and translate business segment strategy into functional plans to guide team execution.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in the insurance industry, specifically within insurance repair, restoration, or claims-driven environments.
- • Proven track record leading operational teams in a SaaS, technology, or platform-based business.
- • Demonstrated background in managing implementation, onboarding, training, and support functions.
- • Strong ability to engage directly with senior stakeholders and clients to influence methods and techniques.
- • Technical aptitude to learn complex software platforms quickly, including the Prime Ecosystem.
- • Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Development teams to resolve problems and define requirements.
