- • As the Director of Revenue Operations & Strategy at Directive Consulting LLC, you will serve as the hybrid technical architect and consultative strategist leading the SalesOps function within the RevOps department, driving measurable revenue impact for enterprise B2B clients through complex CRM migrations, data modeling, and go-to-market strategy execution.
- • You will architect and execute high-value SalesOps projects including Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) implementations, lead routing frameworks, and sales qualification methodologies while serving as the primary strategic advisor to CROs and VPs of Sales, translating technical infrastructure into clear revenue outcomes and ROI.
- • In this player-coach role, you will partner with Operations and Growth leaders to define Directive’s SalesOps point of view, develop scalable frameworks and deliverables, identify white space for upselling RevOps engagements, and oversee project milestones with extreme rigor to ensure enterprise-grade delivery quality.
- • You will begin as an individual contributor with the explicit goal of hiring, mentoring, and managing a dedicated SalesOps team as the department scales, growing the book of business to six-figure deal sizes and establishing yourself as the definitive internal and client-facing expert on GTM strategy and Salesforce architecture.
- • Success in this role means winning and executing six-figure RevOps projects, improving client data accuracy and pipeline efficiency to drive high NPS and long-term renewals, and scaling the SalesOps function within your first year to a point where you are actively leading and developing your own team.

🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced expertise in Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and enterprise-level SalesTech stacks, with proven experience leading complex, multi-instance CRM migrations and data modeling for global B2B clients.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead $100k–$250k+ project pitches with consultative presence, translating technical solutions into measurable ROI for C-suite stakeholders.
- • Experience in GTM labeling/naming conventions, lead routing frameworks, and sales qualification methodologies for consolidated global brands.
- • Strong operational discipline, including proactive project roadmap management, detail-oriented execution, and the ability to articulate technical impact in business terms.
- • Leadership ambition and desire to grow from individual contributor to people manager, with intent to hire and mentor a SalesOps team as the department scales.
