- • You will serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner to senior leadership, translating complex business challenges into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across teams, and delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
- • Facilitate and manage selected cross-functional deep-dives and special projects on business gaps or cases issued by the CEO, including areas such as revenue growth, cost optimization, organizational effectiveness, and M&A, ensuring rigorous analysis and timely delivery of insights.
- • Manage and align cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, finance, legal, and commercial teams to clarify roles, negotiate timelines, remove roadblocks, and ensure accountability for project milestones and deliverables.
- • Prepare, update, and present high-quality materials for executive business reviews and board-related activities, synthesizing progress, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership.
- • Act as a sounding board for project teams and stakeholders, proactively identifying inefficiencies, resolving conflicts, and maintaining project momentum against agreed timelines through proactive communication and problem-solving.

- • Operating across 26 global offices and serving over 200,000 businesses, Airwallex is a mission-driven fintech unicorn valued at $8B, backed by top-tier investors, and committed to building the future of global payments and financial infrastructure through innovation, speed, and ownership.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in strategic planning, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership within a high-growth technology company, positioning yourself for senior leadership roles in strategy, operations, or general management.
- • You will gain unparalleled exposure to the inner workings of a pre-IPO fintech leader, working alongside world-class executives and investors while contributing to initiatives that shape Airwallex’s trajectory toward becoming a global financial platform of the future.

- • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of building trust and driving alignment across senior leaders and diverse teams.
- • Self-starter mindset with a track record of identifying priorities, taking initiative, and delivering results without constant direction.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives for executive audiences.
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; experience in technology, financial services, or high-growth environments is advantageous.
