- • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value automotive clients, acting as their primary strategic partner and day-to-day champion inside GTB. You will quarterback cross-functional teams spanning creative, media, analytics, production, and finance to deliver integrated campaigns that move metal and build brand love.
- • Translate complex client business objectives into clear, measurable marketing strategies. You will lead annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and weekly status meetings, ensuring every tactic ladders up to KPIs such as showroom traffic, lead quality, conquest rate, and customer lifetime value.
- • Serve as the “voice of the customer” inside GTB, distilling feedback, competitive intelligence, and performance data into actionable insights that shape creative briefs, media plans, and technology roadmaps. Your ability to spot emerging trends in EV adoption, retail digitization, and subscription models will keep our clients ahead of the curve.
- • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across GTB’s full-service offering—spanning experiential, social, CRM, e-commerce, and emerging tech. You will craft compelling proposals, negotiate SOWs, and manage P&L to deliver profitable, long-term partnerships.
- • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with CMOs, dealer councils, and regional marketing heads. You will travel (up to 25%) for market visits, dealer events, and pitch presentations, becoming a trusted advisor who understands the nuances of local markets and franchise dynamics.
- • Champion agile ways of working. You will run sprint planning, manage Jira backlogs, and foster a culture of rapid testing and optimization. Your scrappy mindset will help teams pivot quickly when supply-chain disruptions, incentive changes, or cultural moments demand real-time creative responses.
- • Ensure flawless execution and compliance. You will oversee trafficking, QA, and legal approvals across 30+ markets, partnering with production, ad-ops, and privacy teams to deliver campaigns that are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget—even when specs shift at the eleventh hour.
- • Elevate GTB’s reputation as a precision-marketing leader. You will co-author thought-leadership pieces, speak at industry conferences, and mentor junior account talent, sharing case studies that showcase how data-driven creativity drives measurable business impact.
- • Leverage cutting-edge martech and data platforms—Salesforce, CDPs, DCO, and in-market behavioral signals—to orchestrate personalized customer journeys from awareness to loyalty. You will translate dashboards into stories that inspire stakeholders and justify investment.
- • Foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration across remote, hybrid, and on-site teams spanning six continents. Your emotional intelligence and cultural fluency will ensure every voice is heard, every idea is pressure-tested, and every win is celebrated.
